Dickerson Employee Benefits was founded over 40 years ago by Carl Dickerson. Today we are a family owned company headquartered in our own beautiful building near downtown Los Angeles with a staff of nearly 40 people speaking over ten languages. Joining the Dickerson team means being a part of the extended family. We provide a competitive compensation package including a benefits package that provides health and dental coverage as well as a 401K plan. Our hours are 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday to Friday.
