Designed to help agents understand Section 125 Cafeteria plans, this course will cover the reasons for establishing a Section 125 Cafeteria Plan, how a Section 125 Cafeteria Plan is established, the three different components of a Section 125 Cafeteria Plan (premium only, unreimbursed medical and dependent day care), as well as the rules and regulations affecting each component. At the end of the course agents will have a basic understanding of Section 125 Cafeteria Plans and how they relate to insurance.
